Client description
A U.S. startup developing a modern recruitment platform for the care sector. The client's ambition was to create a space where caregivers can find reliable job opportunities, while agencies can effectively reach verified candidates. The platform was designed to streamline the fragmented recruitment process, replacing multiple communication channels with a single, transparent ecosystem.
Project goal
Our task was to design and implement a complete platform that would streamline the recruitment process for both sides. Caregivers were to receive a tool for easily searching and tracking job opportunities, while agencies would gain a panel to manage postings, candidates, and onboarding. A key objective was to ensure transparency and introduce quality control mechanisms through centralized verification of users and documents.


Challenge
The biggest challenge was to design the recruitment process so that it would be simple and intuitive for caregivers - often less familiar with technology - while at the same time ensuring data reliability for agencies. Key focus areas included:
- Developing the logic of three user roles (caregiver, agency, super admin) with different levels of access and data visibility.
- Designing an application process that allows candidates to clearly track the status of their submissions and eliminates duplicate applications.
- Simplifying registration and login while maintaining the necessary verification steps.
- Enabling centralized quality management - including candidate document verification and agency oversight by the super administrator.
Solution
We transformed the recruitment process in the care sector into a smooth, optimized, and transparent workflow. The platform guides users from the very first interaction through application to final approval - structured in clear steps with control at every stage.
Caregivers can quickly register using multiple login methods, indicate their qualifications and location, and then browse tailored job offers. Each application is tracked - the system automatically prevents duplicates, while candidates have full visibility of their application status in a dedicated panel.
Agencies gain an intuitive dashboard to create job postings, review candidates, and manage onboarding. Overseeing it all is the super admin panel, where the platform operator verifies agencies and caregiver documents, ensuring content quality and safeguarding the entire ecosystem.
The platform was designed for rapid implementation and future scalability, while maintaining flexibility and consistent business logic across multiple user roles.

BEFORE:

AFTER:
A centralized platform was created, bringing all process elements together in one place. Caregivers gained a panel for browsing and tracking job offers with real-time application statuses, while agencies received an intuitive tool for posting jobs, reviewing candidates, and managing onboarding. A central admin panel additionally enables document verification and quality control, enhancing the overall security of the system.
Business impact
The startup gained a ready-to-use tool for market piloting that automates and streamlines the recruitment process in the care sector. Thanks to transparency and centralized verification, the credibility of the entire process increased, while the time from application to hire was significantly reduced.
