I Administrator of Personal Data

  1. The administrator of the personal data is I&B Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mikołów (43-190) at 86 Katowicka Street, KRS: 0000357995, NIP: 6351812554, REGON: 241614310.
  2. APD used the technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following were taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

II Personal data, basis, purpose and duration of storage

  1. The Administrator collects personal data sent to it through the contact form and available on its website (Customer's name and e-mail address).
  2. Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"), for the purposes of:
    1. Preparing a commercial offer and contact regarding the preparation of a commercial offer
    2. Sending a newsletter to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, which may contain information and marketing content
    3. Sending commercial and marketing information
  3. Personal data of the Clients are processed only for the above-mentioned purposes of conducting marketing activities with the use of electronic communication means (e-mail address), on the basis of consent granted by the Client (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
  4. The Customers' personal data are processed from the moment the aforementioned consent is obtained until its withdrawal/request for deletion/continuation of processing by its owner, and after its revocation - only for the purpose of demonstrating the correctness of fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent upon the Administrator and the related claims (up to a maximum of 6 years from the moment the consent is revoked).
  5. The Customer's personal data may be provided to entities authorized to receive them under applicable laws, including competent judicial authorities. The Customer's personal data may also be transferred - to the extent necessary - to entities performing activities on behalf of the Owner concerning the services provided in the performance of the Agreement. Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA and made available to international organizations.

III Rights of the Owners of Personal Data

  1. The Client has the right to access his/her personal data, the right to correct and delete them, the right to request restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to office@webmakers.expert from the address to which the consent relates. Please send all correspondence relating to personal data to the same address.
  2. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

IV Data collected automatically when you visit the website www.webmakers.expert and profiling.

  1. The website uses cookies, which are text files saved on the User's computer, identifying him in a way necessary to enable certain operations. Cookies are used to collect statistics, which inform about how Users use websites, which allows to improve their structure and content.

  1. The administrator reserves the right to change the privacy policy if it is required by applicable law, technological conditions of functioning of the webmakers.expert website change.
